A Queer owned business, the Blackbird’s Window is a safe place for everyone. Our goal is to create beautiful and long lasting contemporary stained glass that is accessible and affordable.

Inspiration for work is often drawn from Minnesota nature, Pop Art, Abstraction and Queer identity.

About the Artist

Maya Tuff focus their art in the mediums of stained glass and mixed media painting. They strive to create a beautiful and safe space for all people to come and experience glass art in approachable and affordable ways.

Maya Tuff attended Luther College, graduating with a BA in Fine arts in 2021. They then moved and currently reside in St Paul, MN working and creating art.

Maya Tuff uses they/them pronouns. They live with their partner and their two cats, Peri and Jim. Outside of glass they enjoy mystery books and swimming in Minnesota lakes.
